- Please review these tutorials if you are unable to check your email or if you are unable to send email from your computer. These pages demonstrate how to setup various email clients and list common error messages. You can also use the DNI Webmail site to access your DNI email account.

- Support Request - Standard
- If you need assistance, please submit an standard support request to open a trouble ticket. Most support questions should be submitted using this form.
- Support Request - Emergency
- If you need EMERGENCY assistance (ie: service or network outage), please submit an emergency support request to open a trouble ticket and page our oncall staff. Only support issues related to a service outage should be submitted using this form.
